| General Recruiting Rules:
Members who can recruit are recruiters, co-leaders and leaders.
Also Owners and supremes if they so wish.Owners can only
recruit in their own server(s).
All new recruits must start at 10, unless an owner wants
to give a higher level, but this level is not to be above lvl 16. Recruiters
coleaders and leader can only set to 10 no exceptions to new recruits.
A good candidate for recruiting is someone who is not only a good
player, but is mature, personable, active on both the server and the
forums, and respectful to the pubbers and members. When a new member is recruited those that recruited him must go to
forums and either update the roster, or post in the roster updates in their respective color.

Recuiting Rules:
How to Recruit people
If someone wants to join set them lvl 8 (= tryout time) to show to others that this person wants to join.
For other ppl:
lvl 1 = 0-1000xp
lvl 2 = 2000-2999xp
lvl 3 = 3000-3999xp
lvl 4 = 4000-4999xp
lvl 5 = 5000-5999xp
lvl 6 = 6000-6999xp
lvl 7 = 7000-7999xp
lvl 8 = 8000 xp
lvl 9 = ALLIED CLANS
Rules :
1) Make sure when u recruit someone, immediately post their name on
roster updates.
2) Make sure you have gotten to know them. Don't just recruit random
people you've only seen once! Must have at least 3k XP (This condition
not valid for xGDC members)
3) Must have a 2/1 kill death Ratio (KDR) and 25 acc. (depends on who
is online atm. if it's just bots, then of course they will get a good KDR)
4) Make sure they start knowing the rules of the server or they read
them in forum!
5)Make sure they know the rules of the server!
6)Ask them to register on this roster as soon as possible, cause no
account means no promotions for that person. But when someone get
a forum account they can get promotion to lvl 11.
What not to do.
1)Not posting updates in roster updates or anywhere on board=
person not on roster set back to 4 and tags removed.you get a
disciplinary from Owners or Leader.Demotion if continued!
2)Not speccing and just putting them 10 = a disciplinary from Leaders,
Owners.Demotion if continued!
3)Setting them higher then level your allowed too = a disciplinary
action and if continued demotion. (See Below)
