There
is no one answer to that question. It really is a combination of a few
things. First you are active on both the servers and forums. Secondly
you have to be mature, personable, friendly, helpful, and do not abuse.
As stated before asking for admin is not the answer to gain admin. You
will gain admin through your merit and character.
